In addition to this Tom has performed at many comedy festivals, most recently the Leicester Comedy Festival. Furthermore, he has also provided writing ideas to the BBS and pitched many programmes to other channels.

Our Creatives
The Comedy lab was set up by Tom Short (Left). He is a multi-award winning experienced stage professional who works as an actor, writer and comedian.
Tom has been described as “Tommy Cooper-esque… Would give Les Dawson a run for his money”. North West End and an Edinburgh fringe veteran dubbed “[The festival’s] low key Keyser Soze”.
He set up Comedy Lab as he wanted to get more people involved. Furthermore, allowing various backgrounds to unlock their comedic potential.
